Some clients want full planning; others already have a venue and vendors booked and just need the decor itself designed and installed properly. Our design studio builds the stage, floral and lighting concept as one visual system before a single flower is ordered.
Wedding Stage Decoration & Backdrop Design
Stage layouts and backdrops built around your venue's actual dimensions, not a generic catalogue setup.
Floral Arrangements & Installations
From table centerpieces to full floral walls, sourced and staged by our own team rather than subcontracted out.
Lighting Design
Lighting planned as part of the decor concept, not added afterward, so the room reads correctly in photos and in person.
3D Concept Renders
A render of your stage and decor concept before the event, so changes happen on screen instead of on the day.
What Decor Costs and What Drives It
Decor pricing follows volume, not item count. Floral cost tracks how much flower is used rather than how many arrangements there are; stage cost tracks the size of the build and how much of it is custom; lighting is its own line because it scales with the rig and the power it draws. Seeing those three separately is what lets you trade a larger stage against a smaller floral spend instead of cutting everything evenly.
Halls, Outdoor Lawns and Heritage Venues
The same concept behaves differently in each. A hall gives you controlled light and fixed rigging points. A lawn gives you no ambient light after sunset and needs structure, power and a weather plan. A heritage courtyard gives you architecture worth lighting and real limits on what may be rigged to it. We survey the venue before quoting, so the design is built for the room you actually have.
Decor Across Every Wedding Function
Mehndi, nikkah, baraat and walima each have their own visual language, and a walima that looks like the mehndi reads as a missed opportunity rather than as consistency. We design them as a series: a shared palette and material set, deliberately different staging, so the week holds together without repeating itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I hire you for decor only, without full event planning?
Yes, decoration is available as a standalone service if your venue and other vendors are already arranged.
Do you provide 3D design concepts before the event?
Yes, for stage and major decor elements we can produce a concept render in advance.
What events do you decorate?
Weddings and every individual wedding function, corporate events and private celebrations.
How much does event decoration cost in Lahore?
It scales with floral volume, stage size and the lighting rig rather than with guest count. We quote those as three separate lines so you can see where the money is going and trade between them.
How far in advance should decor be booked?
Six to eight weeks suits most setups. Custom stage fabrication and large floral installations need longer, and peak wedding season compresses everything.
What should I ask a wedding decorator in Lahore before booking?
Ask for stage, floral and lighting to be quoted as separate lines, so you can see what each costs and trade one against another. Ask whether they will survey your venue before quoting, because rigging points, power and ambient light differ between a hall, a lawn and a heritage courtyard. If you are decorating more than one function, ask whether each is designed as part of a series or the same setup is repeated. We quote the three lines separately, survey the venue first and design the functions as a series.
