Seating the Largest Guest List of the Week
The walima is where seating stops being decor and becomes logistics. Immediate family and elders need tables close to the stage, guests arriving late need somewhere obvious to go, and nobody should be seated behind a pillar or facing away from the couple. We build the table plan against the venue floor plan rather than a generic grid, and hold a small number of tables back for the arrivals nobody told you about.
Stage Setups: Sofa, Sweetheart or Elevated
A traditional sofa stage seats the couple with room for family photographs beside them. A sweetheart setup is more intimate and photographs tighter. An elevated stage is the right answer in a very large hall where guests at the back would otherwise see nothing.
