What a Wedding Planner in Lahore Actually Costs
We charge for the work rather than as a percentage of what you spend, so the fee does not rise because you picked a more expensive venue. The proposal itemises venue, catering per head, decor, lighting, photography and our fee as separate lines. That structure matters more than the headline number, because it is what lets you move money between functions once you can see the totals side by side.
Full Planning or a Single Function
You can book the whole week, or book one function and run the rest yourselves. The full week buys design consistency and one point of contact. A single function buys expertise exactly where you need it. Neither is the upsell, and we will say which one your situation actually calls for.
Working With Both Families
A Lahori wedding usually has two sides with different guest lists, different budgets and sometimes different ideas about the same evening. We are used to running a plan where both families stay informed without either being managed through the other, and where cost splits are written down rather than assumed. It removes the most common source of friction in the final fortnight.
The Last Two Weeks

Do you plan single functions or only full weddings?

How far in advance should we book?
Nine to twelve months out gives us the best choice of venues and vendors, especially in wedding season from October to March. Outside peak season, or for a single function rather than the full week, shorter timelines are usually workable.
Do you handle vendor payments or just coordination?
We coordinate and can manage vendor payments on your behalf as part of the planning agreement, with every cost itemized in your proposal.
How much does a wedding planner in Lahore cost?
We quote for the scope of work, not as a percentage of your budget, and the fee sits as its own line separate from venue, catering and decor. Whether you book the full week or a single function changes it far more than the size of the wedding does.
Can you work with vendors we have already booked?
Yes. If your venue, caterer or photographer is already confirmed we work with them rather than replacing them, and hold them to the same run-of-show as everyone else.
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding decorator?
A decorator designs and installs how the event looks. A planner decides venue, budget, vendors and schedule, and holds all of it together across the week. We do both, priced separately, and either can be booked on its own.
